Job Description
DANA GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a skilled Assistant Facility Manager to join our team. In this essential role, you will assist the Facility Manager in the oversight of daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of our facilities.
Your key responsibilities will involve managing routine maintenance of office equipment, coordinating with contractors, and leading a team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and effective facility management practices.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in facility maintenance, strong problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Candidates must be located near Isolo, Lagos State.
