Job Description
The Assistant Director (Sales II) is responsible for assisting the Director in managing and overseeing the sales department of the company. This role requires a high level of leadership and strategic thinking to drive sales targets, develop effective sales strategies, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales activities and performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct research and gather market intelligence to identify competitive trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
