Job Description
Zee Express Procurement and Logistics Limited, a premier courier and logistics firm located in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Representative as part of the NYSC program. This contract position is based in Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing customer accounts.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and courier services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Effectively resolve issues.
- Quote shipments and coordinate deliveries.
- Utilize software programs while multitasking.
Qualifications: Candidates must be corp members aged 20-25 with excellent communication skills.
Salary: N65,00 – N70,00 monthly.
