Job Description

Salary: ₦150,00/month. Full-time Assistant Cook required for an intimate café and salon lounge. Candidates must have a minimum of one year proven experience in a café, restaurant, or similar kitchen.

• Daily ingredient preparation: washing, chopping, portioning
• Assist the Chef with proteins, vegetables, baked items, sauces, and dressings
• Prepare simple beverages (fresh juices), set up stations, and plate during service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and accurate stock tracking; notify the Chef/Inventory Officer as needed
• Strictly follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at all times
