Job Description
D’xplorer Cakes is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Department. In this vital role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Responsibilities include monitoring operations, preparing essential reports, assisting in audits, and identifying potential compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee compliance policies.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Compile compliance reports for management review.
- Assist with audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance risks.
- Support compliance training initiatives and updates.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in compliance or audit, strong knowledge of compliance standards, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
