Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Company Secretary to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will assist the Company Secretary in ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Your duties will include organizing board meetings, maintaining accurate company records, and preparing comprehensive meeting minutes. Additionally, you will help draft corporate communications and engage with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities, with a background in corporate governance. A degree in law or business administration is preferred.
