Job Description

We seek an organized Assistant Accountant to support daily finance operations within a small, collaborative team. Primary duties include processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing journal entries, performing bank reconciliations, assisting with month-end close, and producing basic financial reports.

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks or similar accounting software; strong attention to detail; excellent communication; ability to meet deadlines.
