Job Description
AAVA Brands Limited is seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in a specified geographical area. The ideal candidate will create and implement effective sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, manage a team of sales representatives, and enhance our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and key clients.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams.
Requirements: 4-6 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role; proven track record of sales success; excellent leadership and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month
