Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Area PayGo Phone Supervisor to lead regional prepaid phone sales, operations, and field teams. You will ensure targets are met, maintain high customer satisfaction, and enforce company standards across the area.
- Manage, coach, and evaluate sales agents; monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
- Handle escalations, coordinate inventory and reporting, and execute local promotions.
- Analyze sales data, ensure policy compliance, and provide operational guidance to field teams.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in retail or telecom supervision, proven leadership, strong communication and analytical abilities, and willingness to travel within the region.
