Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct, manage and coach regional sales representatives’ tactical activities.
  • Facilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate potential business opportunities.
  • Lead and direct region sales organization to exceed sales plan and achieve regional sales goals.
  • Support Global business manager to develop and execute value based pricing.
  • Handle sales force staffing to ensure timely meeting of company’s short, medium and long term goals.
  • Translate regional business plan into individual Key Account Manager goals.
  • Prepare regional annual budget on regional volume allocations, pricing and sales forecasts.
  • Support quality decisions by giving input to Global Business Manager on product complexity vs. cost.
  • Supervise quarterly regional netbacks to stay within agreed affiliate netbacks.
  • Review regional performance against targets, objectives and KPIs and enhance performance.
  • Suggest discounts and incentives.
  • Manage personal business expenses within region.
  • Ensure net revenue growth and retention focusing on new business.
  • Establish Insurance industry’s key contact relationships.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Business Manager or similar senior role.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

B.sc degree in Sales, Business Administration or any other relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month

Ability to Commute: Lagos (Required)

Ability to Relocate: Lagos: Relocate before starting work (Required)
