Job Description
WNM Limited is seeking an architect with social media skills for our team. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in design software, social and digital media, with an eye for detail and some site experience.
Job Overview:
- Minimum Qualification: BSc in Architecture
- Experience Level: Entry – Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 – 5 years minimum
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client briefs and develop creative concepts
- Prepare working drawings and project proposals
- Present proposals to clients and visit sites
- Share progress on social media
- Ensure compliance with safety and planning regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and professionals
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc in Architecture
- Proficient in design software and 3D modeling
