Our client, Amy Consulting, an Architectural Firm based in Ikoyi, Lagos, is seeking a skilled Architect to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating sketches and 3D models, and collaborating with various experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of architectural designs.
• Creating sketches, 3D models, and renderings.
• Contributing creative ideas to design challenges.
• Producing detailed drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes.
• Collaborating with engineers and consultants.
• Preparing presentation materials.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Architectural experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling.
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with building codes.
