Job Description
Our client, Amy Consulting, an Architectural Firm based in Ikoyi, Lagos, is seeking a skilled Architect to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating sketches and 3D models, and collaborating with various experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of architectural designs.
- Creating sketches, 3D models, and renderings.
- Contributing creative ideas to design challenges.
- Producing detailed drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes.
- Collaborating with engineers and consultants.
- Preparing presentation materials.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Architectural experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with building codes.
