Job Description
(Fully Onsite)
Job Summary
Assists the Team Lead to ensure 1st and 2nd level support for all in-house applications in the bank; maintain 99% uptime through proactive processes. Respond to user inquiries through Manage Engine within SLA.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Real-time monitoring of applications using Manage Engine/Solar wind
- Ensure timely resolution of all cases
- Contribute to formulating IT Policy and Strategic Plan
- Document processes and procedures
- Proactively ensure 99.9% uptime
Job Requirements
Minimum education level
- 3-4 Years’ experience with 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in application management and support, understanding of ITIL
