Job Description
SterlingPRO Business Application Limited is seeking an Application Support Officer to join their team in Maryland, Lagos. This role involves providing technical support to internal teams and clients, delivering training, managing queries, and assisting with system integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, and software.
- Technical support for teams and clients.
- Training delivery.
- Managing query system and updating database.
- Updating technical documents.
- Implementing software solutions.
- Systems integration support.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Preparing maintenance plans.

Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.
