Job Description
As an Application Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users of software applications. Your main objective will be to quickly resolve any issues or difficulties faced by the clients related to the applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in troubleshooting and resolving software issues through phone, email, or remote access
- Documenting and tracking customer issues to ensure timely resolution
- Providing training and guidance to users on utilizing the applications effectively
- Collaborating with the development team to identify and address recurring technical problems
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the software applications by providing feedback from clients
