Job Description
SYARPA is looking for a committed Scrum Master to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will facilitate the Agile development process, ensuring that teams efficiently deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach Agile teams in Scrum methodologies.
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies.
- Address and eliminate obstacles impacting team progress.
- Collaborate effectively with product owners and stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience with project management software.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies; SAFe knowledge is advantageous.
- Background in software development is a plus.
