Job Description
An Agile Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects using Agile methods and principles. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Agile Project Manager plays a crucial role in facilitating communication, planning sprints, and removing any obstacles that could hinder the team’s progress.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and scope, create project plans, and assign tasks to team members. You will also track project progress, conduct regular meetings, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Key requirements for this position include excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Additionally, good communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration and efficient project delivery.
