We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales manager to join our insurance company. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team towards achieving our business objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to enhance team performance

Requirements
