Job Description

We are seeking an Agency Manager to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on driving sales strategies, developing high-performing teams, and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Set and monitor sales targets.
- Ensure compliance in policy handling and client interactions.
- Conduct regular audits of agent activities.
- Provide performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years in administrative management.
