Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aftersales Generator Technician to join our team. As an Aftersales Generator Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our generator units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on generator units
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Coordinate with customers to schedule maintenance and repair services
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a generator technician
- Strong knowledge of generator systems and components
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
