Job Description
Location requirements:
Lagos, Nigeria
Position Responsibilities
- Support front-end sales to develop/maintain customer relationships and improve project success rate.
- Machine maintenance for customers who have already made deals.
- Responsible for solving product technical problems.
- Train the customer’s engineers on the daily maintenance of the machine.
- Handle other work assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Background in Biology/Medicine Engineering or related field.
- Experience in medical equipment repair and maintenance.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, service consciousness, and sense of responsibility.
- Passion for learning new technologies and products in the medical device industry.
