Job Description
Whip‑smart Service Providers seeks an experienced Administrative Supervisor to manage client follow‑up, track recurring clients for routine training and medical screenings, ensure accurate documentation for clients and staff, attend assigned clients while maintaining care quality, process payments and issue invoices, and resolve client and staff complaints. The role requires effective prioritization in a busy environment and strong communication, teamwork, initiative, innovation, and people‑management skills.
- Qualifications: BSc or HND in Business Management or related field
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar administrative role
- Skills: Solid office procedures knowledge and basic computer proficiency
- Compensation: ₦100,00–₦120,00 per month
