About the job:
- You will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with daily office needs.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
- Previous experience in administrative role within the pharmaceuticals is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Available to resume immediately.
