Job Description
Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient and effective running of the school.
- Oversee the school’s operations, including budget management and strategic planning.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including facilities and educational materials.
- Communicate school policies, initiatives, and events through various channels.
- Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records.
- Implement change and create administration process documentation.
- Maintain effective filing systems and keep them updated.
- Prepare reports on expenses and manage office budgets.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Proficiency in IT skills and office management software.
