Job Description
Primilixin Consult is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to enhance our office operations. This role involves managing office supplies, preparing expense reports, maintaining databases, and organizing important company documents. You will also respond to queries from both employees and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for confidential documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
Salary: N65,00 – N80,00 monthly
