Job Description

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the organization. Duties include maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and handling confidential documents.

Key responsibilities include organizing and scheduling appointments, updating and maintaining office policies, and ensuring the office operates smoothly on a daily basis. The Administrative Officer will also assist in resolving any administrative problems and provide support for staff as needed.

Qualified candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
