Hercules Professional Services, a firm of chartered accountants, is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team.

Location: Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure a safe work environment.
• Organize office files and handle financial documents.
• Handle inventory of supplies and order as needed.

Requirements:

• B.Sc in Business Administration or relevant field with 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and strong communication skills.
