Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative / HR Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and HR tasks to ensure the smooth running of our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing employee records and updating HR databases
- Handling recruitment processes, including job postings and interview coordination
- Assisting in the preparation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Managing employee benefits and leaves
- Assisting in organizing company events and meetings
- Handling general administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills. A strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office are also essential for this role.
