Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative/HR Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the efficient functioning of our organization’s administrative and human resources processes. The candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
- Coordinate training and development activities for staff.
- Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle communication and correspondence, both internal and external.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for documents and records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative and/or HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HR software.
