Job Description

This is a very diverse role that serves multiple, & varying needs. The right person for the job shall be capable of wearing many hats and provide support to stakeholders, must have a “can do” attitude, be a competent multi-tasker possessing a drive to handle all projects with honesty, tact, precision, strong time management, and communication skills. Must be able to provide remarkable references/guarantors.

1. Event coordination:

– Primary Liaison

– Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, or meetings.

– Handle logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and materials preparation.

2. Travel arrangements:

– Coordinate travel arrangements for stakeholders, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

– Ability to drive safely as required.

– Prepare travel itineraries and ensure compliance with travel policies.

– Organize and manage security protocol & processes.

3. Project support:

– Provide administrative support for ongoing projects.

– Coordinate project-related activities and communications.

– Take on special projects and assignments as directed by management.

– Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

4. Field management:

– Oversee day-to-day property operations and maintenance.

– Manage equipment, and facilities maintenance.

– Court appearances, mail handling, and delivery.

5. Budget management:

– Assist in monitoring and tracking budgets.

– Basic accounting.

– Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of experience; HND, OND with a minimum of 5 years relevant/related experience.

– Advanced proficiency with MS Office Software.

– Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication/interpersonal skills.

– An ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion is critical.

– It is also imperative that you possess the ability to work independently, with little supervision, as well as part of a team.

– Word, Excel, Spreadsheet.
