Job Description
Job Purpose: The Administrative Assistant will ensure the safe and smooth running of office premises and support all aspects related to Facilities, Health, Security, and Travel for local office operations.
Key Responsibilities include managing office supplies, logistics, mail distribution, and providing administrative support to the Security and Facilities team.
Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field is preferred. 6 months to 1-year experience for diploma holders; certificate holders may apply without experience. Excellent English communication and MS Office skills required.
