Job Description

Solid Foundation Estates Limited seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant to support executives and drive business development. Key responsibilities include managing calendars and meetings, preparing documents and presentations, handling confidential correspondence, coordinating travel and events, conducting market research, assisting with business development strategies, and collaborating with the sales team.

  • Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Technical: familiarity with CRM tools and Canva; ability to work independently and exercise discretion.

Location: Lagos. Start date: in two weeks. Permanent position with salary from ₦150,00 per month.
