Job Description

Philban Consulting Ltd is looking for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to enhance our team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure seamless operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative and clerical assistance.
  • Address employee inquiries and manage incoming mail.
  • Create and circulate HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in both digital and hard copy formats.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative processes.
  • Monitor organizational activities for optimal efficiency.
  • Compile operational reports and prepare budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦200,00.00 per month
