Job Description
Job Purpose: This role ensures the safe and smooth running of office premises, supporting Facilities, Health, Security, and Travel for local operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office cleaning and maintenance.
- Ensure adequate office supplies.
- Coordinate logistics calendar and onboarding.
- Assist with meeting logistics and materials.
- Provide administrative support to relevant teams.
Qualifications: Diploma or O Level Certificate. Experience: 6 months to 1 year.
