Job Description
Location: Abuja
Mapemond Limited, a distinguished real estate firm, is in search of a dedicated, personable, and organized Admin/Front Desk Manager to enhance our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism.
- Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and emails.
- Oversee filing systems, manage office supplies, and perform basic administrative duties.
- Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and well-organized.
Requirements:
- B.Sc, ND, or HND in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to maintain organization and focus in a busy environment.
Salary Range: ₦100,00 – ₦150,00
