Job Description

eHealth4everyone is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Office Administrator with a legal background to deliver critical administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing bookkeeping tasks, organizing office files, supervising support staff, sourcing supplies, and ensuring the upkeep of our facilities.

Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, a minimum of three years of experience, a legal background, strong multitasking skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
