Job Description
Our client, West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE), a home service-based Hair Service Company specializing in Microlocs, is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Client Service Representative.
Work hours: 9-6 pm on weekdays (Hybrid 2x/week)
Must be available to work 2 weekends a month: Sat 9-5 pm, Sun 1-5 pm
Location: Oniru (Hybrid)
Salary: Starting at ₦100,00 per month
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to client requests on WhatsApp business, managing bookings, coordinating stylists, and ensuring timely appointments.
- Documenting daily operations, issuing invoices, processing payments, and other administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must have their own working laptop
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a problem solver
- Experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, proofreader, or bank teller is a plus
