Blvck Hair is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant with keen attention to detail and excellent administrative skills to support various departments in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office utilities for a comfortable work environment.
• Inspect infrastructure and office equipment regularly.
• Maintain filing systems and inventory.
• Support e-commerce operations and coordinate order documentation.
• Order office supplies and manage operational budgets.
• Provide administrative support to senior leaders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
