Job Description
The Administrative Assistant supports Aveyah Ventures with daily office administration, document management, scheduling, inventory, and basic correspondence. You will prepare reports and presentations, coordinate internal and external communications, assist staff with ad-hoc tasks, and help enforce office procedures. Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, good verbal and written communication, basic MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively. A bachelor’s in Business or Public Administration is a plus. This is a full-time role focused on ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
