Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to oversee daily operations, optimize administrative procedures, and act as a primary liaison between clients and the organization. Key duties include responding to client inquiries and complaints by phone and email, maintaining and updating patient and client records, scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-up care, managing office supplies and budgets, supervising facility services (kitchen, transport, cleaning, security), supporting HR staffing needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Requirements: 2–5 years’ administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, calm under pressure; BA/BSc preferred.
