Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Inventory and Procurement Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in managing inventory and facilitating procurement activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, such as receipts, transfers, and returns.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits and generating inventory reports.
- Support procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and preparing purchase orders.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory and procurement processes.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as data entry and document filing.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in inventory management or procurement is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and procurement systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
