Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company databases
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents
• Answer queries from employees and clients
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Book meeting rooms and organize events
• Prepare reports and presentations as assigned
• Ensure staff are provided with data and airtime weekly
• Process ID cards and work tools for new staff
