Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Officer. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Your main duties will include managing office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining essential records. You will also assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities are crucial, as well as attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a high school diploma are required for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
