Kanselor Vacancy, a reputable company located in Ajao Estate, Lagos, is in search of a proactive and well-organized Admin Officer to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos

Salary: ₦150,00 per month

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Coordinate staff schedules and activities
• Manage correspondence and phone communications
• Assist HR with attendance tracking and onboarding processes
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers

Requirements:

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
