Job Description

ICST Solutions is looking for a dedicated Admin Officer to join our admin and finance team in Abuja. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of NGN 150,00 – 250,00, negotiable and includes commission.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree and possess at least 3 years of experience in roles such as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administration/HR Officer. Key responsibilities include managing HR functions, coordinating executive communications, and maintaining organized filing systems.

Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and should be under 40 years of age.
