Job Description
Our client, Amy Consulting, an Agricultural Company in Lekki, Lagos is seeking an Admin Officer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails
- Filing important company documents systematically
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as required
- Forwarding correspondence like letters and packages to staff
- Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms
Key Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and take corrections
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
