Job Description

The candidate must be a focused, efficient, result-oriented individual with a strong leadership personality and communication skills. He/She must have the ability to multitask and simultaneously work on multiple engagements.

Duties:

  • Provide support to the Admin Manager in maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
  • Liaison with staff on insurance services and administration of the company’s insurance portfolio.
  • Procurement of goods and services, settlement of rent, rates, and service charges.
  • Facility management, liaison with government agencies, and supervision of junior staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Arts, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a reputable company.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, good negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong moral values aligned with the company’s values, excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, multitasking, organization, and administrative skills.
  • Good negotiation, marketing, and report generation skills.
