Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and maintaining financial records.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing files, and organizing documents.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and expense reports.
  • Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring financial transactions.
  • Preparing financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software and MS Office. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
