Broadshift Technologies Limited is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Adhoc Customer Support Officer. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

– Handle complaints and ensure resolution.

– Maintain records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

– Strong communication skills.

– Ability to work independently, especially night shifts.

– Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: ₦65,00.00 per month
