Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be responsible for processing payments and ensuring all invoices and expenses are accurately recorded.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Verifying invoices and expense reports for correctness and accuracy.
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and ensuring proper authorization.
- Entering invoices into the accounting system and maintaining accurate records.
- Processing payments and ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies.
- Preparing and analyzing various financial reports related to accounts payable.
To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. A solid understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
